Ho una scimmia!

When talking between italian cyclists it's very common at the end of a race or ride to hear things like "ho una scimmia (sulle spalle)..." which means literally "I've got a monkey (on my shoulders)...".

I don't know where first it was used but the meaning is very easy "I'm cooked/tired".
